The main focus of the project is to reinforce the principles and elements of design, application and appropriateness of color, alignment and balance by creating an art deco inspired poster promoting south beach miami. 

 

Before this project began, I toured South beach miami and the wolfsonian museum. While there I took multiple images of buildings and other art deco objects to use for the text motifs on the poster. 

 

By using the references we gathered in South Beach I created my building elements and motifs using adobe illustrator.
